This song is about finding the motivation to move on after a betrayal and how so many people decide to just become essentially junkies. living on pharmaceuticals and telling everyone else they have a problem is one of the things I've avoided my whole life, but it's a repeating theme of some of those around me. Kind of like an observer taking a step back and saying 'man, I dont wanna live like this'
